Authorities Kill Cartel Gunman During Mexican Border City Shootout

Authorities killed a cartel gunman and arrested a second following a chase and shootout within the border metropolis of Matamoros, Tamaulipas. The shootout comes as authorities officers proceed to assert that Tamaulipas is a protected state.
