California Investigates School District over Transgender Parental Notification Policy
The State of California launched a civil rights investigation Friday of an area faculty district that dared to undertake a coverage requiring colleges to inform mother and father if kids wish to change their gender, escalating a combat by Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) administration.

However, as faculty board president Sonja Shaw informed Breitbart News in an interview final month, there is no such thing as a regulation that permits the state to stop a college district from adopting a parental notification coverage — a step that she described as widespread sense.
Newsom and his array of state officers try to strain native faculty boards to fall according to the state’s curriculum on LGBTQ+ points. However, a current ballot showed that 84% of California voters assist parental notification insurance policies in colleges.
