“The genocidal horrors perpetrated by Hamas in Israel are unimaginable. It is imperative that, as terrorism and antisemitism are on full display to the world, the United States take action to protect herself,” Ogles stated in an announcement:

Biden has repeatedly demonstrated his unwillingness to put Americans first and shield the homeland. Because of this, I’ve launched the No TPS for Terrorists Act, which might prohibit the Department of Homeland Security from allowing any individual with a passport issued by the Palestinian Authority the power to keep within the United States. We can’t enable any potential threats to the United States into our nation throughout these troubling instances. [Emphasis added]

As Breitbart News has chronicled, Biden has vastly expanded TPS throughout his tenure up to now. Today, DHS presents TPS to greater than 1,000,000 overseas nationals, who would in any other case be unlawful aliens, which permits them to stay within the U.S. and maintain American jobs.

“The Biden administration has routinely abused TPS to allow thousands of illegal aliens to remain in America indefinitely,” Tiffany stated. “This bill will help ensure that they cannot use it to provide the same de facto amnesty to Palestinians. We need to put the security of the American people first.”

TPS was first created below the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1990 (INA) and prevents federal immigration officers from deporting these from international locations that the federal authorities has designated as experiencing famine, conflict, or pure disasters.

Since the Clinton administration, TPS has been remodeled right into a de facto amnesty program because the Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, and now Biden administrations have repeatedly renewed this system for quite a lot of international locations.

Ogles and Tiffany are additionally sponsoring laws to prioritize the deportation of Palestinian unlawful aliens dwelling within the U.S. in addition to the “GAZA Act” which prevents Biden from importing Palestinians to American communities through the refugee resettlement program or its parole pipeline.
