Republicans are pledging “never again” to any Biden administration makes an attempt to reintroduce COVID “tyranny” mandates amid rising issues over potential coronavirus surges, vowing to implement laws and different efforts to assure “ineffective, unscientific mask mandates” don’t return in “any way, shape, or form.”

Sen. Vance’s Act would prohibit President Joe Biden and federal businesses from implementing face masks necessities requiring submission from public transit passengers or college students in colleges.
