Almost 300 years in the past, somebody implanted what now may be the world’s oldest time capsule, hidden excessive upon the pregnant finial of a church spire in Poland.
It was introduced by the Museum of Wschowa [Ssh-hova] Land on Thursday, Sept. 21, that the spherical copper bulb atop St. Stanislaus parish church within the small city of Wschowa was introduced down and was discovered to include 4 separate parcels from three distinct centuries.
The oldest and most spectacular was a closely corroded copper field with the date 1726 embossed on the lid, closed by a hook. A smaller field fabricated from sheet iron embellished with a pointed cross was discovered connected.
