TEL AVIV, Israel — The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) says it delivered 300 liters of gas to a set level close to the Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, however that Hamas is not going to enable hospital workers to retrieve the gas, which is seemingly mandatory for the hospital.
In a press release, the Israeli authorities stated:
The IDF supplied 300 liters of gas for pressing medical functions for the Shifa Hospital; Hamas prevented the hospital from receiving the gas
Last night time, the IDF coordinated the switch of gas for pressing medical use to the Shifa Hospital.
Early within the morning, IDF troops arrived on the entrance of the hospital and positioned 300 liters of gas for pressing medical functions.

Later, the IDF obtained proof that Hamas officers prevented the hospital from receiving the gas.
The IDF supplied journalists with two recordings: one “between a senior Israeli official at the Coordination and Liaison Headquarters and a senior Gazan official at the Shifa Hospital, coordinating the delivery of fuel to the hospital’s entrance”; and one other dialog “between an IDF officer and a senior official in the health ministry in Gaza who states that the CEO of the Hamas Health Ministry, Yosef Abu Rish, forbade them and prevented them from receiving the fuel.”
